DELIVERY

1. How much is delivery?

Delivery is sent via Australia Post. If you would like your item to be shipped using a different method you will need to contact us directly to purchase items. 

2. When can I expect my parcel?

You will receive your parcel within approximately 5 working days, depending on availability of stock. Allow 5 to 10 working days for International Post.

3. Can I have my parcel delivered to a PO Box?

Yes. Please make sure that when you enter your details during the shopping cart process, you indicate your postal address if it is different to your normal street address.

4. What if my parcel doesn't arrive?

We take all care to ensure that parcels are addressed as per the information you provide during the shopping cart process. It is your responsibility to ensure this information is entered correctly.

Please contact us via email or phone 07 3257 1472 to let us know if your parcel does not arrive within 14 days after confirmation that the order has been dispatched.

RETURNS POLICY

1. What if I am unhappy with my purchase?

If you make a purchase from our website and you are unsatisfied with the fit, design, colour or sizing, we will gladly exchange the goods within 2 weeks of the date your order was placed. This is under the provision that the goods are unworn, unwashed and all original tags are attached. Please note that exchanges only are offered.

DR Manufacturing DOES NOT refund unless product is faulty.

Please note: Once you have paid for your online order, your order cannot be cancelled and refunded for reasons including, but not limited to, the following:

  • Change of mind
  • You found the same item cheaper elsewhere
  • You chose the wrong colour or size
  • If product is mistreated in any way.

2. How do I make an exchange?

Please contact us via email, or phone +61 07 3257 1472 to arrange an exchange. You will need to advise us the reasons for your exchange when you contact us.

Once we have accepted to arrange an exchange, you will need to return your item, carefully packaged, unworn and unwashed, with original tags attached, to:

3. What if an item in my order is faulty?

We will provide a full refund if any items are deemed faulty.

You will need to contact us via email, or phone +61 07 3257 1472 to arrange a refund and return of faulty items.

Once we have been notified of the faulty items you will need to return them to us, carefully packaged, unworn and unwashed, with original tags attached, to:

Please ensure you include a copy of your order confirmation from the shopping cart process.

Once we have received the faulty item/s, we will arrange a full refund to you via PayPal.

SIZE INFORMATION

Please refer to the sizing options available for each product. Please make your selection carefully when you order products to ensure you select the correct size.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

1. How can I pay for my order?

Our online shop accepts PayPal, Visa or Mastercard as payment.

If you have a PayPal account, you can use any of the accounts you have attached to your PayPal account to pay for your order.

2. Can I pay via money order or BPay?

No. At this time, orders from our online shop can only be paid via PayPal, Visa or Mastercard.

3. Can I order over the phone?

Yes, we accept phone orders using payment by Visa or Mastercard. Please phone +61 07 3257 1472 for assistance.

4. Can I cancel my order after I have paid?

No. Once payment has been accepted for an online order it cannot be cancelled due to a change of mind. Please refer to the Refund and Exchange policies for more details.
